Privacy Policy

Information you provide to us:

• Account details — your name, email address and password when you register; or, if you sign in with Google, your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.
• Numerology & reading inputs — the name(s), date of birth, gender and mobile number you enter into our calculators and forms to generate reports and personalised readings.
• Order & billing details — the products and courses you buy, and the billing and delivery details you provide for orders.
• Communications — messages, enquiries and feedback you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage & device data — pages visited, actions taken, browser and device type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and analytics.
• Cookies & similar technologies — essential cookies that keep you signed in and secure your session, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics).

Information from third parties:

• Payment status and a transaction reference from our payment gateway (Razorpay) when you make a purchase. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Basic profile information from Google if you choose Google Sign-In.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, netbanking and other payment credentials are entered on and handled by Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant systems — we never see or store them. We only receive confirmation of your payment status and a transaction reference so we can fulfil your order. Razorpay’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

• Provide the Service — generate numerology reports, deliver readings and consultations, enrol you in and give access to courses, and process and fulfil store orders.
• Authenticate you — create and secure your account, including our single-device session protection.
• Communicate — send order confirmations, course access, service updates, reminders and responses to your enquiries.
• Improve & analyse — understand how the Service is used so we can improve its content and performance.
• Legal & security — comply with law, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.

We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests, and — where applicable — our legal obligations as the lawful bases for this processing. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers / processors who run the platform on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication and hosting), Razorpay (payments), Mux (secure course-video streaming), Google (Google Analytics and, if you use it, Google Sign-In), and our email delivery provider.
• Authorities and advisors where required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable law.

We use (a) strictly necessary cookies for login, session security and core functionality, and (b) analytics cookies to measure usage. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may stop parts of the site — such as signing in — from working.

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us to create or access your account. We use this information only to authenticate you and operate your account, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not share it with others except as described in this Policy.

We keep your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, signed and expiring media links, and server-side session tokens — to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may:

• access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy;
• correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw consent you previously gave; and
• raise a grievance about how we handle your data.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to third-party websites and services (for example social media or payment pages). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
