You must be at least 18 years old (or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.

We offer numerology, astrology, tarot, vastu and allied occult-science content — including online calculators and reports, personal readings and consultations, online courses (delivered live over video and/or as recorded lessons), and a store selling digital and physical products. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.

Our readings, reports, courses and related content are provided for guidance, self-reflection and general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other qualified advice, and no specific outcome or result is promised or guaranteed. Any decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility. For matters affecting your health, finances or legal position, please consult a suitably qualified professional.

To access certain features you must create an account or sign in (including via Google Sign-In). You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. To protect your access, an account may be limited to one active device or session at a time. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay); by paying, you also agree to the gateway’s terms. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. We may correct pricing errors, or decline or cancel an order, in cases of suspected fraud, error or unavailability.

When you purchase a course or digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access it for your own individual use. You may not record (beyond what we provide), copy, share, resell, sub-licence or publicly distribute any course material or your account access. Breach may result in loss of access without refund and further legal action. Access duration is as described on the relevant product page.

Availability of physical store products is not guaranteed and may change. Details of delivery and any returns are handled in accordance with the information provided at the time of purchase and on request.

All content on the Service — including text, reports, course materials, videos, graphics, logos and the compilation thereof — is owned by or licensed to Numerologist Reena Khanna and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited access licence granted to you, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• upload malware or harmful code, or scrape or harvest data from the Service;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person.

We may remove content or suspend access for violations of this section.

If you submit reviews, feedback or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Service. You are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to share it.

The Service relies on and links to third-party providers (such as Razorpay, Google and our video host). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability — to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numerologist Reena Khanna and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numerologist Reena Khanna and its team from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, the licences granted to you end, while provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest version, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
